Rezilient does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any garments or items sold in our stores.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any garments or items in our store unless your garment identifies with the following;

EXCEPTIONS:  MISSING DECORATIVE OBJECTS, DAMAGED GOODS

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
